So for some reason when I use my Wacom tablet with any other Adobe product it's fine, my issue is specifically with Photoshop. Whenever I first open Photoshop, at first it's fine, I can paint with without issue, even the pressure working, but the second I change anything (the colour I'm using, if I zoom in then go back to brush, or if I even just change the size of the brush) suddenly it refuses to acknowledge my pen/tablet. Like I can still move the pen on my screen, but if I try to paint in Photoshop, it won't acknowledge me clicking or anything. But if I close it and restart, it'll start all over again till I try to change anything again.

There are two Wacom user groups on Facebook where people answer questions.
But it might be time to leave Wacom and start looking at other options. XP-Pen, Xencelabs, Huion, etc. There are so many competitors producing really quality pieces of tech at more affordable prices.
I love Wacom, but I also love a few other brands now.
But first make sure your Wacom Drivers are all up to date.

I have found it necessary to reinstall the tablet driver periodically and often after an Adobe update. This will usually address these types of issues.
