Photoshop - Wacom Intuos 4 pen 'sticking' to items issue - Mac OS Catalina mac tower 2019

Hi There, 

I have a new mac pro tower and latest CC version. When i am in move tool in photoshop reordering layers or moving objects the layer or object sticks to the cursor and doesn't release once I lift the pen off the tab. Pressing sometimes releases the item stuck to the pen but it doesn't always work. This also happens with the wireless mouse. Is this a bug? Or caused by wacom drivers affecting the software? 

Any help gratefully received its really effecting my workflow

I hate it when this happens. I'm on Windows 10, and I don't even know if my issue is the same as yours, but oddly enough it sometimes helps just to sharply rap the stylus against the palm of your hand a few times. If it doesn't help, then maybe reinstall or update your driver.
