Photoshop white screan

Hey, recently, Photoshop has been opening incorrectly:

1) When I open it, a white screen appears

2) The Create new Document window is old

3) It is not possible to remove the check mark in the settings

4) Reinstalling does not help. Only if you reset all the Photoshop settings, then the problem goes away for a while, then literally after a couple of launches, the same thing again.

Correct answer Schelkov

After a long search, I found the problem. Photoshop and other programs did not work because of adobe genuine service. A complete removal via Adobe Cleaner Tool did not work. I had to remove adobe genuineservice via the Uninstall Tool.

My steps:
1) Deleted all Adobe programs using Adobe Cleaner Tool
2) Removed Аdobe genuine service using the Uninstall Tool.
3) I restarted the computer and installed the programs again. Everything works.

Hi! Is photoshop closing normally? maybe create a good copy of your preferences when it works ok:
https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually but copy the preferences folder instead, elsewhere than in the photoshop folder of course.
