Photoshop will not connect to the cloud.

Photoshop will not connect to the cloud. My creative cloud is working. I restarted my computer. I logged in and logged out of creative cloud. Uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop. Still working off line, but I need access to my documents! Also I have installed the latest update, still not working.

Take it back. Creative Cloud not working again.

 


There was an update to Creative Suite/Photoshop today and I can access my documents again! Thank goodness!!!

Can you please run and submit logs using the log collector tool? https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html This will help engineering figure this out.

I uninstalled every app and creative cloud again. Reinstalled and now I can get creative cloud to connect and show my files, but photoshop keeps cutting in and out. One second I can see my files and the next, it get the same message about working offline.


Take it back. Creative Cloud not working again.

Have you updated your Creative Cloud app? This seems to be a common complaint today - I wonder if the Adobe servers are having issues.

Everything has been updated. I can open my documents on the creative cloud "my work" page but cannot open them in any of the apps. Everything seems to be working on my Ipad. If I create a document on my Ipad it shows up in creative cloud on my desktop, so I know it's loading, just can't access anything in Photoshop (desktop) or Illustrator, etc.

Hmm I am not able to repro from PS 22.5.1 on macOS 10.15.x. Are you still having trouble? Have you tried restarting your router?
