I use Photoshop CS5 almost every day. Yesterday it would not open. It won;t even give me the PS CS5 logo!
I can't seem to find an answer in any of the forums or Adobe support areas.
I am concerned after reading some of the issues in the forums that if I uninstall it and re-install it, that the serial number I have will not work. And then I have no other options.
Help!
Thanks,
Ana

Hi Ana,
A couple of questions: What platform (PC ro Mac) are you on? What did you work on during your previous session in Photoshop? Or did you change your computer at all between the previous session and when you tried to open it yesterday?
Let us know--any additional information can help us give you better answers!

What happens when you try to open PS? Do you get an error message?

Nothing. I click on it and the PS logo doesn’t even come up.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program?
