Photoshop Windows Surface Laptop Studio Tablet Mode Shift, Ctrl, Alt on-screen touch menu?

I could have sworn just a few months ago there was a View option in PS when the Surface Laptop Studio was opened as a tablet (the option didn't show up when it wasn't) for specific on screen keys but now that option is gone and I can't seem to find it referenced anywhere. It opened an additional menu bar on the left side of the screen that had 3 bigger buttons for Alt, Ctrl and Shift. I don't know when it disappeared but its driving me crazy trying to find a replacement or a way to turn it back on. 

 

Does this still exist? Or does anyone have any recommendations for on screen UI solutions, the touch keyboard takes up too much space when I only need Shift, CTRL and Alt access while working in PS.

Oh, I found the menu in PS 2021, in View > Modifiers. Hopefully they add that back into the newer version or its just hidden somewhere else.

Adobe no longer supports the Modifier Keys panel as of 24.3. They are not hidden and won't be coming back.
