Photoshop Won't Export Objects to PDF

Hi there!

I am attempting to create a one-pager for my company that includes information about our services and images. It is a front and back "one-pager" that I am creating using Artboards. To break up some of the items, I have used 496x83 colored rectangles as dividers. When I go to export the Artboards using:

File ---> Export ---> Artboards to PDF

Everything appears in the PDF except the rectangles. Does anyone know why this is happening and what I can do to get the rectangles / dividers to appear in the exported version?

I am unable to provide the entire document, as it includes sensitive information but here is a screenshot of one of the dividers I am referencing

Please post screenshots and if possible, original files. You might also switch to Illustrator or InDesign for a project like this.

Sorry but that's not helpful. A FULL screenshot showing artboards and panels plus an original file, even just a mockup would be helpful.

Understood; however, I cannot provide the full document as it includes sensitive information and locations. I took your previous advice and moved the document over to Illustrator and it fixed the issue. Thank you for your assisstance.
