No problems dragging the PS window here, whether PS is full screen or floating window.
PS 24.7 production, Windows 10 pro, RTX 3060, 2x1920 x 1200 monitors.
Please post full system info (yes, it's very long).

It's immensely frustrating when Adobe pushes out a release with a serious, unrealized issue such as this. Not sure Adobe is even aware of the problem at this point, since there doesn't seem to be an mechanism to notify the developers. 😞

Happening to me, too. When I try to move it to the 2nd screen manually, dragging it by the frame, it snaps off the edge. As my second monitor is my Huion graphic tablet, Photoshop is essentially unusable. I'm not going to try painting with a mouse.

Update: it happens with illustrator as well. Also, It's not only that it won't move to the second monitor, I can't move them at all. They both just snap back.

I may have just gotten lucky, but I did a quick uninstall, reinstall, and rebooted my system, and now I can drag the window over. I have *no* idea why it worked, but I'll take it.
