Photoshop won't open in Catalina

Just upgraded to Catalina and Indesign and Bridge updated and work fine. Photoshop has an open button to click on in the Creative Cloud app but it won't open. Says Photoshop (13.0). Version 21.0.1. Compatibility: works on this computer.

Photoshop 13.0? Can you share a screenshot of where on your CC app it mentions this? That's the old CS6 which would have problems with Catalina.
