I have Photoshop 2020 app installed, and I cancelled my cloud subscription. I confirmed with Adobe that my app would continue to run, because I have a perpetual license.
It did run for a while, but now when I try to open it, I see the regular splash screen, but then an offer screen. When I click the x (circled in red). PS just closes.
Hi @Richard285814905yiq we're sorry but it seems your account is canceled. If you contact customer support I am sure they can walk you through your options.

That means you can do the Download from your Account method described above.
Be aware that CS6 is from 2013, so opening newer 2020 .psd files could have some issues causing certain layers to flatten.

AFAIK, whoever told you that you have a perpetual license for that version was wrong.

Hi @Richard285814905yiq CC2020 isnt perpetual, its an annual subscription.
The last perpetual version was CS6 pre-Creative Cloud.

Can I reinstall CS6?

If you previously purchased CS6 from Adobe directly you can otherwise support for CS6 ended years ago and it is not available for sale/install.

I did purchase directly, and when I chatted earlier, the agent said he found a record of it. So perhaps I can just request an install file?
