I am having trouble pinting from Photoshop. Epson Artisan 837 acts like it's going to print but then spits out a blank sheet of print paper. Help. Other apps print fine.

Thanks

That's probably the issue; downgrade to 11.1 or upgrade to 12.X, that should allow you to see the profiles in Photoshop and Lightroom Classic. I don't believe any version of 11.X past the first fixes this.

Hi there,

We're sorry to hear about the trouble in printing with Photoshop.

Would you mind sharing the version of Photoshop (Help > About Photoshop) and the version of the operating system on your computer? Can you please send us a screenshot of the print settings used? What is the file format that you are trying to print? Please try re-installing the print drivers.

Also, check this article for some troubleshooting steps: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-printing-problems.html.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Ranjisha

What version of OSX? There is a bug in 11.2 and 11.3 printing with ICC profiles using (Photoshop Manages Color). If you can downgrade to 11.1 or 12.X, the bug is gone in either.
