Photoshop won't start up properly

I start Windows 11 as normal. When I try and load Photoshop, the intro screen with the credits is as normal. Then nothing. When you pause the cursor over the icon on the bottom it shows an incomplete screen in small and doesn't attach itself to any screen. I have two screens plus a screened drawing tablet. It usually loads fine but not today.

My system is Windows 11, it's a year old but should have all the necessary parts to run okay.

Any thoughts or has this happened to someone else?

Richard

Hi

Try resetting your Photoshop preferences

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html

If that doesn't help try reinstalling using the Adobe cleaner tool

https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

You should backup any custom settings you have before doing any of the above
