my computer broke down and it is impossible to repair it, after installing the program on a new computer, I no longer have my photoshop workspace and action. How to recover them?

I am sorry to have to tell you, but I don't think you can.  If it is important and would really take too long to reconstruct the workspaces and actions, you could try removing the hard drive from the broken computer, and hooking it up to a working computer.  If it is just the operating system that is broken, and the file structure is still intact, you could copy the relative files from the old drive.

The few times I have been in this situation, I just reconstructed the workspaces and actions.  I always have my presets bcked up to multiple drives.
