Photoshop Zoom and Pan Freeze

Hi mj, here we go again:

It seems to be better, not sure if it will work in the long run, need to test for at least an entire day to be sure. However, a new issue appeared. Every time I try to fill a selection with the bucket tool on a clipped layer (one clipped to the other under it, not sure how it's called, you can see the image to clarify) a blank white square appears on the screen. When I try to hide layers 4/5/2 an empty background squares show up (png no background files, etc) as we can see in photo two. I am working on Windows 11 btw. My setup also meets the minimum requirements for Photoshop and has worked fine before except for the first issue I mentioned in my first comment. My drawing tablet is a Wacom Intuos Pro L with updated drivers.

Hi Sameer, thank you. A few other problems showed up after turning off "Enable Flick Panning" and "Animated Zoom". These are:

1. Empty/white squares appear where a lasso fill should be. 

2. Shoelace looking brushstroke tips. Only fixed by Lazy Nezumi Pro plugin... Which is absurd considering I pay for functioning Photoshop. 😕😕

Troubleshooting steps I have done:

• Re-installed Photoshop and checked if it was all set to default.
• Used CCleaner to clean the computer
• Uninstalled a few apps to free up space even though I already have tons of disk space. 
• Updated AMD drivers (both processor and graphics card)
• Checked to see if new Wacom Intuos Pro (L) drivers needed to be updated/ (no)
• Re-started my PC after all the driver updates and CCleaner
• Removed Lively Wallpaper (at this point I was already trying anything)
• Closed all other open apps like Discord or PureRef, which I need to work with... So not an option anyway
