The problem of not showing the format to save the image, such as jpj or png

If the format you want to save in does not support all the features of your open document (e.g. layers, alpha channels, bit depth , in the case of jpeg transparency and background layer only) then that format appears under the Save a Copy menu rather than Save As.

If you want to restore the old way go to Preferences > File Handling and check 'Enable Legacy Save As'

What exact version of Photoshop are you using, if it's the most recent, have you checked this option in preferences

If it's not that, can you post a screenshot of the Photoshop interface to highlight the issue
