Hi, this is all my photoshop does when I open it, where is the tool bar gone from the left side? Why can't I use it like everyone else? Thanks

Try resetting your workspace by going to Window > Workspace > Essentials (Default). You could also try going to Window > Workspace > Reset Essentials.

It looks like the Libraries panel is the only panel open in your current workspace…all others have been closed or hidden, for some reason. You should be able to show any panel, including the Tools panel, by choosing its name from the Window menu.

Myra’s way is also great, because it will restore all of the panels, including Tools, in a single step.
