PhotoshopCC not opening - Scratch disk full

Dear community, 

 

I need your help please. I open other Adobe apps but not Photoshop. The message is that the Scratch Disk is Full. But as I understand I nee to clear the catch having the app oppened.

 

I have make space in the computer memory in case that was the problem but it hasn't helped. Could you please let me know what to do!?

Keep the cmd-alt-keys pressed while starting Photoshop and ideally select a dedicated and voluminous disk as the primary Scratch Disk.
