Good afternoon everyone, how are you?

I updated my PS this week, and I noticed an error that didn't happen, most of the time when I want to select the photo (just the person) I use this tool a lot, in Select-Subject, first of all, now it's like "loading" loading to do this action, before it didn't happen, and sometimes it doesn't make the selection and it simply doesn't appear and then an error occurs in Photoshop that starts to crack the entire image, I've looked at the settings and it's normal, and as I said Before it didn't happen and with this update it's taking up less Ram memory, I have 32 GB of RAM, but before it didn't happen and now it happens, how do I solve it? But I believe it needs some update to fix it Unresolved error

Hey, @Renan Vinicius0D4D. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. Please share the system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > upload & attach here. Does this happen when you use any image?

Try changing the Select Subject mode from Edit > Preferences > Image Processing > Select Subject to Cloud & Selection process to Stable.

If this does not help, go to the location of the preference folder below and rename it to backup.

Try changing the Select Subject mode from Edit > Preferences > Image Processing > Select Subject to Cloud & Selection process to Stable.

If this does not help, go to the location of the preference folder below and rename it to backup.

  • Windows 10/11: Users/[user name]/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop [version]/Adobe Photoshop [version] Settings
  • You can press Press the Windows key > Enter 'Run' > Enter %APPDATA%\Adobe
  • Rename the Adobe Photoshop folder by adding a .old at the end. (Adobe Photoshop 2024 > Rename > Adobe Photoshop 2024. old), You can restore these preferences later if needed.(https://adobe.ly/4860qM9)
  • Restart the computer.

These changes will give a fresh start to Photoshop as a fresh install. Let me know how it goes.

Thanks!
