Photshop won't open image on double click anymore

They just updated my computer while I was out to MacOS Catalina (10.15.2) and I have Photoshop 2020 installed (21.0.2)

 

Now I can't double click any image files and open them in Photoshop, I can't drag them to the icon in the dock and can't "open with", and can't "edit original" via InDesign Links pannel. Those all bring up the Photoshop window but won't actually open the image. The only way I've found that opens them is to go to File > Open

 

I also just found another issue, that it won't Open Recent Files (from File Menu), saying it can't be cause it is not found, though the file hasn't moved, even if I just opend them via File > open it will say they aren't found if I try and reopen it from Recent Files.

UPDATE: Just restarted my machine and things are working as they should, so I guess this can be deleted! (I don't see how to do that even though I posted it)
