Picture colour distorted when I save from PS

Question

I'm using Lightroom and Photoshop, when i bring a photo into PS to edit it and then hit command S to save it back in the LR catalog the colour is now coming out distorted. Does anyone know why this is or how I can fix it?

Could you post the contents of edit/Color settings.

Please post the full screenshot of the image open in Photoshop, with the document titlebar showing.

You might want to click on the little > at the bottom left of the document area, on the right of the doc: XX M/XX M information, and select document profile, before you screencapture.
