Pinch-to-zoom not working in photoshop on Windows 11

Two-finger gestures such as Pinch-To-Zoom and Pan are not working on Windows 11.

I just got a new PC. This feature that has been working on Windows 7, 8, and 10, is no longer working on Windows 11.

I think Adobe's engineering team is going to have to handle this.

What I tried:

• "Enable Gestures" is checked under Preferences->Tools
• Does not work with any combination of "Zoom with Scrool Wheel", "Animated Zoom", "Zoom Resizes Windows", "Zoom Clicked Point to Center"
• Does not work with GPU acceleration on or off
• Tried many times to enable/disable gestures on windows 11

I can confirm that two-finger pan and pinch-to-zoom work on other programs like Firefox.

I can confirm that multiple touches are registered by windows and other apps.

I use Superdisplay as a touch screen / tablet with S-Pen, on the Galaxy Samsung. The pen control works great. It is simply the touch screen gestures.
