Pixel Bender CS 5.1 download

I recently had to do a clean install of my Adobe Web Premiere CS5.5 which includes Photoshop CS5.1 64bit. I am looking for a download of Pixel Bender.

I know the software is 9 years old, but oddly enough it works fine for me.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
