That's because of the extreme low resolution. The lower case letters are only about 18 pixels high, that’s like forming letters with Legos…you cannot avoid it being pixelated at that low resolution. The best solution would be using the original document with vector type and graphics, second best would be re-creating it yourself, which is why others have suggested those.

The worst way would be taking the logo from a web site or a screen shot, because those are some of the lowest resolution graphics available.

You could also just recreate the logo. I worked for a business printer years ago, we would get all sorts of print jobs in and at least half the time it was faster to just recreate than fix a mess.

I agree that if you have the image as vector artwork then use Illustrator.

If all you have is the raster image, then try this:

• In the Layers panel, lock the layer for transparency (the first of the five locks)
• Use the Brush tool and paint the image. When transparency is is locked, you can't paint on transparent pixels.

This will only work if the image has transparency (png, psd, gif, not jpeg).

If you want to change the typeface, you can do that easily if there is a type layer. If the "text" is pixels, delete it and type new text with the Type tool. Work on a copy of the file.

It occurs to me that you didn't tell us the file type or show your Layers panel. There may be other solutions and we can give a better answer when we see those.
