Pixelated shapes and text

Why is my photoshop showing pixelated shapes and text? (see attachment) This is happening from last 2 days. Photoshop is running slowly and also everything is looking pixelated in photoshop and when I saved jpeg it looks fine.

In your picture, the document tab says the magnification is 127%. That suggests the document may be smaller than the screen, so enlarging it will show pixelation. Can you tell us the pixel dimensions (width and height in pixels) of the document? If you aren’t sure, you can find it when you choose Image > Image Size, under Dimensions.
