Playing high frame rate video in slow motion?

how do you get video shot at a high frame rate to play back in slow motion in the timeline?

With a high speed camera

When your high frame rate clip is in the Timeline panel, click the little icon in the top right corner of the clip, and change the Duration or Speed until it slows down to the speed you want.
