If you are interested I advice to join Photoshop Prerelease 2.0 program where you are allowed to report bugs directly to engineers. Your contribution for Photoshop Scripting community is enough huge you should not have problem to be accepted in no time. Then you can also test latest features under development to avoid future bugs in regular releases as well as give your ideas under consideration.
