Please help me get access to photoshop

I have just paid $40 for my photoshop subscription, however when i go to access my apps it says that i have no active plan nor accsess to any of the apps. The billing history clearly shows that i have paid for the plan but i have not been granted accsess to any of the programs in my plan.
