Plug-in folder in PS 23.0.0

I am an annual subscriber of the Photoshop and Lightroom apps.  With earlier versions, I could add plug-ins to a plug-in folder in the Adobe main folder but now I can no longer find a plug-in folder in my Adobe directory.  In fact, there is no longer a sub-folder for Photoshop 2022.  The Photoshop 2022 executable is in the Adobe folder by itself with no separate sub-folder.  There is a sub-folder for PS 2020 that has a plug-in sub-folder but the plug-ins are not active in the latest version (2022 or 23.0.0).  How do I install 3rd party plug-ins in Photoshop 23.0.0 now?  Also, I have gone to Stock and Marketplace in the Cloud Desktop app but my plug-ins (that used to work with earlier versions) are not listed there. My operating system is Windows 10 Professional.  Thanks.

Hello @rray49
Your Plug-ins should now be stored in
C:\ProgramFiles\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-ins\CC

Did you go into the actual folders? I can't tell by your screen shot.
Mac OS: Hard Drive/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Plug-Ins/Photoshop version number/File Formats.
