When using PS 2024 in Rosetta mode (Mac Studio M1. Ventura OS) all plugins (Topaz, etc) are available but not Luminar. If I start PS without Rosetta, Luminar is available but not the others. Also, if I start PS from LR Edit In, Luminar shows up but not the others. If PS is already running then Luminar is not available but the others are.
I still have PS 2023 installed running in Rosetta mode and all plugins show up and work.

Are the plugins updated for the latest PS release?

Like I said, Luminar works in regular mode but not Rosetta. Works in Rosetta in PS2023.

This often happens with many plugins after a major Photoshop version updates. You'll want to check with each manufacturer to see if they've provided an update to the plugin that is compatible with Photoshop 2024 (Version 25.0).
Let us know how it goes!

Pete

I have the latest plugins. Depends on whether I'm in Rosetta mode or not. Same plugins work in PS2023.

@TomC601 the latest Luminar plugins are from August 31 (before the 25.0 release) and make no note of compatiblity with the latest PS release or M1 chips. https://skylum.com/whats-new/luminar-neo
Its simple - Luminar has yet to release an ARM/M1 chip native plugin requiring you to run in Rosetta mode, where as Topaz has released updates compatible with M1 which wont run in Rosetta mode.
Here are the requirements for Luminar:
and here are the Mac OS specs for Topaz:

The latest version of Luminar does work in PS2024, just not in Rosetta mode. The reason I want to run in Rosetta mode is I have some legacy Topaz Plugins that are Intel based and won't run on Apple silicon unless in Rosetta. I know, odd situation but there's got to be some solution. I also have a request to Luminar about this, too. Thanks for your help and taking the time to responsed

@Kevin,
that does not really make sense feom my point of view. I am also missing some plugins in (Topas Photo AI for example) and several LUTs in Photoshop 2024.
In my case those Plugins and LUTS are available in the Beta version 25.1.0.
For me it rather looks like a bug.
@TomC601 Topas Photo AI is also not opening in Rosetta for me.
I can also see that when I installed PS 2024 and deinstalled PS 2023, a Folder "Photoshop 2023" remained in my Application folder. Within one Folder called "Plugins" and another called "3DLUTS" - in those I find the missing plugins and LUTs. 🧐
What is also interesting is that Photoshop Beta as well as Photoshop 2023 were visible in Launchpad.
PS 2024 is not. 8) But this is topic for another threat I guess.

@TomC601 - which Luminar versin are you using? Luminar AI and Luminar Neo are visible for me in 2024 without Rosetta. They both also were running fine in teh Beta version 24.
Luminar 4 and Flex only in Rosetta.

Luminar Neo works fine without Rosetta. I need it to work with Rosetta. I emailed with Skylum support and was told that the change to Neo was so it would run faster in PS 2024 in normal mode. Unfortunately, it broke what was making it work in Rosetta mode.
