Plugins disappear ever time signing into PS. Getting me down

Every time I sign in my plugins disappear. Nightmare. Also, I try not to update too much, as that usually upsets something as well

We can see you are using Wiindows.  Is this the current version of Photoshop 25.1 ?

When did this problem start? Was after you updated for instance?

What plugins do you have installed?  Are they all disappearing?

What do you have to do to retrieve them?

Are they listed under the Filter menu?

You need to give us as full account of the problem as you can.  The more detail you provide, the better we'll be able to help you.
