Plugins won't work for me in Photoshop CC on Windows 10.

Hi! I think something is going on with the plugins in photoshop. My photoshop plugins are acting up. They won't let me scroll or stretch to see the entire plugin window. Also plugins that work for other people like magic (orange?) box, don't work for me. In the pix I am including I am showing the plugins Pixelcube, Pencilum, and Painterbox. Please help if you can. I could cry! I am so frusterated. Also: I can't use any Photoshop CC above V 22.0 bc they start to act up so that is what I am working on and I am using an ASUS Tuf 15.6 Gaming Laptop with NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1650. 8 GBs. I am getting an upgrade to 16 GBs soon but I don't know if that is the problem. Please tell me if it is! Thanks a million! 😄
