Plz help all my CC apps are stuck on welcome screen Mac.

All my CC apps are stuck on the welcome screen. I can't open new projects only old ones. 

I already tried to reinstall all programs, deleted Oobe folder and updated all programs to the newest version and nothing helped. Can someone plz help me with this problem, because I have to make assignments for school and I can't do anything at the moment.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I keep seeing this and I can't press anything

Hi,

What OS version are you using.

Could you please try following methods for an issue.

 

If the document window is blank - see https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-gpu-graphics-card.html

If the Home Screem is blank - See https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-home-screen-issues.html

Thanks for your answer. My photoshop is working fine again and my illustrator also loads the welcome screen again, but only not the screen if I want to create a new project. I'm using MacOS Catelina 10.15.5

Hi,

I am bit confused, you are saying Illustartor and Photoshop working fine but mentioning "New Project" screen is not working. There is nothing like new project in Photoshop, it is New Document, Screen. Are you talking about the "New Document" screen?

 

Did you try the link that is shared with you. You can also refer to the screenshot below
