Hi Everyone,
I hoping someone can help me with this as Im frustrated LOL
I'm using the latest version of Photoshop.
I create a transparent image add some text export and when I go to view it views in black.
I also added an image to a transparent background export and still only being viewed in black.
I made sure the RGB is selected I've tried exporting with 8-16-32 and nothing.
Thoughts?

Where are you viewing that is showing black? Does it appear correctly when you reopen in Photoshop? Some progams outside of PS have an issue showing transparent pixels - it will either appear black or white instead, but the image is still transparent. PS should show as a checkered grid.

Hi Kevin,
When I view it in Windows Photos it shows all black. I then decided to upload it to my etsy shop to sell as a digital download and it shows all black.
Then I tried to export as "Save for web" legacy and I got an all white background instead of transparent.
I created an image I want to sell as a digital download so I want to make sure that when people download it comes as transparent.

Zip the PNG file when uploading to Etsy. That is what you have users download. I would also offer a vector version of the logo as well for scalability.
