Hi romeozzzzzzz,

What do you mean? Just placing an image behind the frame so it looks like the inside the frame overlaps the picture? Am I oversimplifying my understanding of your question?

in photoshop. use the pen tool to draw the shape that functions as the mask. one shape will not work for every frame since they are all different.

it looks like a rectangle with rounded corners would get you most of the way and you would have to add points and customize.

yes, the second option. making a rectangle with rounded corners. and from there you can adjust the anchor points. do you know how to use the direct selection tool to adjust anchor points?

Okay, I think I understand. So on the layer layer with the PNG file on it, Cmd+Click (Ctrl+Click on PC). The marching ants will show around those frames. Then click on the layer that contains the picture. Click the "Add Vector Mask"Screen Shot 2018-08-14 at 12.28.10 PM.png option at the bottom of the Layers panel. That will apply the mask to from your PNG file to the image. Then you can hide the layer with the PNG file on it. Does that answer your question?
