PNG Save As All options greyed out

I finally updated to Catalina on my iMac, and from that point, Photoshop seems to have messed up the png save as. I've done the preferences reset, allowed access in system settings, updated to the latest photoshop, rebooted the iMac, etc

Yet saving a PNG now gives a damaged file that doesn't have the transparancy that it had just yesterday.

Actually, save as seems to be broken for tiff and tga as well. Can't get transparancy info out at all. What happened?

Edit: Saw I posted in the wrong forum, sorry. Can't seem to edit it into the correct one or even delete it to start over.
