Pop Art Tutorial

Hello.  I am looking for a tutorial on how to create pop art (Warhol Style) from a photo?  Any recommendations?  I have found a few online but they're a bit confusing and not working for me

thanks. I already googled and the ones I've found are a bit confusing and not working for me. I thought perhaps someone might have seen a step by step tutorial that was very helpful?
