Pop out text in Photoshop

Hi i have a text but i want some words in it to pop out, or stand out so it looks like its in front of the person and the text. Need your help any good videos or tutorials on the web?

Hi i want this text to go out in front of the person. But only the text i have marked. like good doctor serie when he is thiking. The things he thinks about pops up in front of him.
