Pop-up Color wheel no longer works in 22.0.1

Another update, another broken mess. 

This time you broke thee Popup color wheel (Settings -> General -> HUD Color Picker)

- When using the brush, you can hold ALT to change the brush size/opacityю

- Holding SHIFT+ALT pops up a color wheel.

ALT shortcut still works for brush control, ALT+SHIFT no longer works

These shortcuts are a godsend for someone who uses the software professionally and is always looking to improve their workflow and speed. Taking this feature out (and retaining the settings for it) is a giant blow to usability.
