Popup Window in Photoshop Will Not Stop After Requests

Several times a day, my work is interrupted with a popup that encourages me to upgrade to a more expensive plan. Every time I see the popup, I click on "don't show again" & I close the window, but the popup continues to return regularly. How do I stop it? Using macOS 13.6, with Mac Studio Pro, PhotoShop 25.0.0. I have quit PS, restarted, & shut down, but none of that makes a difference. Thanks, Don
