Possible new features

The new features in Photoshop 2019 are great, but there can be something more, I'm sure it will be useful to many people : the possibility to rotate the healing and the clone tool.

For example: when you pick a spot you want to clone in many cases it will help a lot if you can rotate it before you can paste it in the picture.

You can even use a Microsoft surface dial to make it faster of the possibility to rotate on a wacom tablet...

Actually you can already scale and rotate sample source for the clone/healing tools from within the the Clone Source panel.

It is a slow and annoying way of doing it, it could be simplified
