Preenchimento generativo não funciona

Olá!

Desde que instalei o Photoshop não consigo usar a ferramenta de preenchimento generativo. Sempre aparece o seguinte erro:  "Encontramos um problema e não podemos concluir a sua solicitação no momento. Agradecemos por sua paciência. Tente novamente mais tarde." Uso uma conta corporativa que foi criada recentemente, sistema operacional macOS. Já reinstalei e não adiantou e o Photoshop Beta apresenta o mesmo problema.

Se alguém tiver a solução para esse problema, agradeço!

A última atualização V26.0 não permite usar o preenchimento generativo com pessoas em trajes de banho, como biquínis ou sungas. Volte a versão anterior que vai funcionar. Isso também passou a acontecer na versão Beta.

Hey, @fabiana_3070. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I've reviewed the account you've used to log in to the community and found three profiles in your account, one of which has an active subscription from an Enterprise.

 

There are 3 layers to this:

 

First, check with the Enterprise subscription Admin to understand if you have the required permissions to access : https://adobe.ly/3WEFitJ

 

If an IT team manage the device; ensure all the Adobe Network endpoints are whitelisted: https://adobe.ly/3STmkga


You can also try using Photoshop Web (https://adobe.ly/3WkhVFm) on an different/alternate device & internet network to rule out it is a network issue.
