Preserve Details 2.0

Quick question. When exporting a pic, the rescale menu shows Preserve Details but not Preserve Details 2.0. I am assuming since I am using Photoshop 24.6.0 that the option shown in my attachment is the latest?

Hi @Chris B1969 you have to activate Perserve Details 2.0 under Settings/Technology Preview

OK, so I have that already activated. So after cropping I go to Image-Image Resize and then set that under resample, do I make the photo larger by adjusting the resolution? Still a little unsure as to the next step.

When "Resampling" is checked you can either increase the res or the w/h image dimensions to increase the size.

The key is Resampling has to be checked to disassociate the resolution from the dimensions, thereby changing the size.
