Presets lost after updating Adobe

Can anyone assist with actions being lost after updating my Adobe photoshop?

What version of Photoshop did you update to and from also what operating system are you using

On Windows presets are normally stored here

C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2017\Presets

C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2018\Presets
