Hello. How do I prevent my text from being removed when I remove the background. I have an image, Ive added text. I've grouped, merged and flattened the layers. And when I remove background with a background remover, text disappears. When I remove background in PS, text disappears.

When you merge layers at the same time press ⌥ on Mac or Alt on PC. You will get a merged image on top and will keep all the other layers untouched underneath

Are you starting with a flattened document like a JPG?
If Remove Background is not working for you, you need to think about other methods. If the text is not being included in the selection try making a loose selection around the text, and copying to a new layer. Then try Remove Background on the copy.
An almost certainly better approach however, would be to come at this from a different direction. You have a close to zero chance of getting a completely clean selection of the text, but text is easy to create, including any effects it might have. It is also much easier to remove text than select it.
I made the text in this moke up hard to select
Generative Fill did an excellent job of removing the text.
With a new Type layer added plus Layer Style effects

Move the Text layer to the top of the layers. You can simply drag it, or use the Shift Ctrl ] shortcut.
