previously saved selection, disappeared

I had saved multiple selections on various photoshop files. I was able to load the selection right after saving it. 

But after I closed photoshop and opened it again all my selections have disappeared.

Please help! How do I get back my previously saved selections

I've attached a picture of my work. 

Each layer has an cropped object and before cropping it i'd saved the selection.

The saved selection was loading all of yesterday but isn't loading anymore today.

I've opened the channel panel. But i'm not sure how to use it as i I have not used it before.

@tom31017719u9ys Did you save your file after you saved your selections? Saving a selection does not mean its saved in the file itself if you don't save your changes.

This is happening to me. I have saved selections and then i save the file as a psd. When i reopen the psd the channels/selections are no longer there. Need to figure this out. Costing me way way too much time.

Channels don't just disappear. There's no way that can happen, except if the whole file is corrupt, and then you have bigger problems.

If the alpha channel isn't there when you open the file, it means you didn't save the file after you saved the selection. Or you stepped back in History and then saved.
