Print is different than design

Hello,

I am not sure what I did, however, all my designs look amazing in photshop but it prints out purple.  Can someone please help, everyone will have purple Christmas tumblers.....lol Thank you kindly in advance. Diane

Hi @Diane33007453ussf without more details the only advice I can offer is to check your printer profile and color profiles to make sure they match.

More specific info is required.

 

An all too common problem. Sounds like the source has a wider gamut than the destination and the colour conversion is "confused" and is using the incorrect hue.

A magenta/purple cast can be caused by double profiling, which means that both Photoshop and the printer driver are set to control the colors. Only one of them should be set to do it.

If color handling is set to Printer manages colors in the PS Print setting dialog, double profiling can't happen.

If it is set to Photoshop manages colors, you have to turn off color management in the printer driver, otherwise you'll get double profiling and wrong colors.
