I am using Photoshop CS6. I am trying to print an image in landscape mode. The image is 14" (wide) and 10" (high). In the Print Settings window, on the right, the layout icon shows landscape but the preview of the print on the left, shows the image prepared to be printed in portrait orientation. When I chose the portrait layout icon on the right, the image preview shows as landscape on the left.

When I print the file with the icon showing portrait and the preview showing correctly as landscape, the image gets cut off. When I switch the layout icon to landscape, the preview is rotated to portrait, and still the image gets cut off when printed.

When I look at Print Settings for my printer, everything indicates correctly for the layout icon that is chosen. It is just the preview that shows incorrectly and the print gets cut off.

This is only happening on this one file. I have been printing other images just fine. Could it be something with this file? I checked the image and canvas sizes and everything is showing correctly for width and height.

Any help is appreciated!

My printer requires some margins or else clipping occurs.  If you have it in CS6, try Scale to Fit Media.
