Print setting issues after latest update 4/14/20

Version is 21.1.2 The print settings are not changing. I have reset the print settings by holding spacebar. I have redownloaded the drivers. This happened right after the update. Whenever I try and print on a canvas on my Canon Pro4000 at 11X18 it cuts if off and it displays 12.75X9.014. I have it loaded with 24inch canvas roll. No matter what settings I use it doesn't get any bigger than the 12.75X9.014 in the display. screen grab
