Printing from Canon ProGraph 1000 Photoshop macOS Catalina

I have noticed a significant color shift when printing on my Canon ProGraph 1000.  I spent a long time on the phone with Canon Support and they said everything is up to date but admitted there were some bugs resulting from Apple's update to Catalina.

Has anyone else had this problem and successfully resolved it?

Hi there,

That shouldn't be happening, as you're seeing a significant color shift when printing, have you tried reinstalling the printer drivers and see if it helps?

Also, what version of Photoshop are you working on?

The printer drivers were reinstalled.

I'm using Photoshop 19. I tried to update it to Photoshop 20 but it till shows the previous version.

Try opening Photoshop 2020 from teh Creative Cloud app.
