Printing from Photoshop Clipping Image

Adobe Tech Support of course won't help because this is Photoshop 2021 on a slightly older version of MacOS, but they still take my money every month for my subscription, funny how that works, eh?

Anywho, if anyone knows how to make it so Photoshop actually prints the image file onto a piece of paper of the same size without adding a weird border around the outer edge, please let me know.
